How do I fix the strum bar on my Guitar Hero WT wireless controller?
I just bought it on Friday for my PS2. The buttons work fine, all the other instruments work fine, and even the strum bar physically works fine. However, when I try to pick an option using the strum bar, the game does not recognize it. It acts as if I'm holding the bar all the way down and it flicks through the options continuously. I've spent the last hour trying to find support on the Red Octane website with no luck. I've unplugged the controller, cleaned the disk, changed the batteries and restarted the game, nothing worked.
Does anybody know anything else I could do? Should I return it to GameStop for a replacement? Or should I contact the Activision for a return from them through warranty?
I would try and return it, or call them and see if they have a solution
